The Weber Spirit E-425’s porcelain-enameled cast iron cooking grates provide an incredibly versatile cooking experience. These grates retain heat exceptionally well, ensuring even cooking and making them perfect for high-heat searing to enhance the flavor of your food. They’re also compatible with the Weber Griddle (available separately), giving you even more cooking options.
The closed-cart design adds convenience, offering storage space for your Weber accessories, while the side tables keep plates and condiments within easy reach. You can also hang essential tools on the integrated hooks for quick access. The Weber Works side rail, built into the side tables, allows you to clip on a variety of optional Weber accessories to elevate your grilling experience further.
The addition of Weber’s brand new Boost mode Sear Zone Feature will give you perfect sear marks from the 40% higher BTU’s.
